Rosemary & Grape Focaccia Bread

Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
1.5 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
1 cup seedless grapes

Directions

1. Stretch out dough to fit into a 9x13 baking dish 2. Pierce with a fork throughout 3. Brush both sides of dough with coconut oil and honey, then let it rise until dough doubles in size, about 1 hour 4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 5. Scatter grapes onto dough, gently pressing them down 6. Sprinkle rosemary, sugar and touch of salt on top 7. Bake until golden, about 25-30 minutes 8. Cut into squares, then serve warm or at room temperature 9. Enjoy!
