Jack’s growing journey started when he was part of the Government's Kickstart Scheme, and landed a placement with MUD - Manchester Urban Diggers, a CIC which designs, builds and manages food growing projects and community gardens. A couple of years ago, Jack responded to Jenny’s advert on the Land Workers Alliance website, asking for regenerative farmers to take on an acre of land near Hebden Bridge.
