A round sourdough loaf made from a blend of stoneground, regenerative British wheat flours.
Ingredients: water, white (regen) flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin, regen wholewheat flour, wheat flour, salt
Allergens: gluten
With stoneground flour, more of the wholewheat is included, stoneground white still contains 10% of all the good stuff.
Stoneground flour has a richer, more rustic flavour and keeps natural oils, vitamins, and fibre. Roller-milled white flour is lower in fibre and nutrients because it consists mostly of the starchy endosperm.
Vegan and vegetarian. Approx weight 800g.
