Small Malted & Seeded Sourdough Loaf

A delicious, wholesome sourdough loaf made with organic wheat, malted barley and dark rye flour with an added mix of wheat and millet flakes.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, Malted Wheat Flakes, Wheat Bran, Wholemeal Wheat flour, Malted Barley, Dark Rye Flour, Salt.

Approx loaf weight 400g. All the flour is organic from Shipton Mill.
