Gising-Gising - Coconut Milk Stewed Pork

Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced finely
2 red chillies, sliced thinly
1 Tbsp cooking oil of your choosing (I used a mix of rapeseed and sesame oil)
450g pork mince
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp fermented shrimp paste
1 tin coconut milk
8 flat beans, cut into 2cm pieces
2 tsp lime juice
I really like the fact that I am encouraged to cook with what arrives in the veg bag, often new, exciting veg. It makes me more adventurous and my meals are healthier based on seasonal ingredients and veg grown naturally, no chemicals.
