In 2015, Roger established a bakery after having baked his first loaf of bread at home three years prior. Frustrated by the absence of authentic bread in cafes and restaurants, he recognised an opportunity to provide wholesale bread to local businesses. Roger bakes a range of sourdough and tin loaves for us and delivers them from Marsden every Friday morning, ready to be added to your bags!
